New version of pcsc-lite: 2.2.2

I just released a new version of pcsc-lite 2.2.2.

pcsc-lite is a Free Software implementation of the PC/SC (or WinSCard) API for Unix systems

The version just enable the support of serial drivers by default. Support of serial drivers is also used by the non-USB drivers like Virtual Smart Card.
